About us
Our goal is to provide an intermediary service between first opinion practice and specialist referral. It is also to provide a completely new level of personal service, most importantly for our patients, but also to our clients.

In the interest of animal welfare we believe that advanced surgery should not just be available to just the wealthy or insured, but should be available to a far greater number of people. Throughout Mr Spencer's career, these are the principles to which he has always worked.

Our practice ethos is very much about providing high quality but more affordable care. Our fees are typically 25-40% of the cost of specialist referrals. For continuity of care we prefer to treat local patients, but if finances are limited we will happily accept cases from a wide area, especially if the only other option available is amputation or euthanasia.
We do not want to see any pet suffer.
